We hope that everyone is enjoying the California Summer! A few things to keep in mind while enjoying the pool area:

Please be aware there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY at the pools. Swimming is at your own risk. Please adhere to the posted signs within the pool area.

Pets are strictly prohibited in the pool area or to swim in the pool. Although there are no restrictions against inflatable devices, these items may not be stored in or around the pool area or in view from the common area.

Residents must accompany their Guests while using the pool area. The pool area may not be reserved for private events/parties/gatherings. In addition, we encourage all residents to review the Rules and Regulations. They can be found in the Resident Portal at www.actionlife.com. If your home is a rental, kindly inform your tenants of this courtesy reminder.
