The pool area is ready for your enjoyment! Just a few reminders to not spoil the fun for other…

1. NO MORE THAN SIX PEOPLE FROM ONE HOME AT A TIME IN THE POOL AREA.
2. NO ONE EIGHTEEN OR UNDER ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA WITHOUT AN ADULT RESIDENT.
3. NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.
4. All residents are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and their guests and also insuring that ALL RULES ARE ENFORCED.
5. Residents MUST NOT loan their pool fob or key to a non-resident.
6. POOL HOURS ARE 8:00 A.M. TO 10:00 P.M.
7. Each resident is responsible for closing the pool gates when entering or leaving the pool area.  Do not open the gate for anyone who does not have a FOB.
8. No resident or guest under fourteen years of age is allowed in the spa per a Riverside County Health Department ordinance.
9.  No running in the pool area.
10. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area.
11. No pets allowed in the pool area.
12. No bicycles, skates or skateboards allowed in the pool area.
13. An adult Residents must accompany their guest to the pool area.
14. Toddlers must wear “swimmers” or water tight clothing while in the pool.
15. No loud radios or TV’s which disturb other residents should be used in the pool area.  Personal radios with earphones are suggested.
16. Persons using the pool are responsible for any damages incurred by them or their guest.
17. No diving allowed in the pool.
18. Residents must not borrow or remove from the pool area any equipment or property belonging to the Association.
19. Smoking is prohibited.
20. Swim suits are absolutely required.  This applies to the shower for rinse-off before and after swimming.
21. No verbal or physical abuse is allowed.
22. All violations of the above rules will be subject to privileges being taken away.
23. Additional cost incurred due to homeowners or guest abuse or neglect will be incurred by the Homeowner.
