By now you have received the annual budget and policy statement. It was mailed prior to the thanksgiving holiday. The 2026 annual budget is mailed to every member. The cover letter provides information about the new assessment amount which is effective January 1, 2026. Please refer to Exhibit A of the budget packet for the itemized budget. If you pay your assessment through your bank please be sure to update the assessment amount accordingly to avoid late fees and charges.
