Community Yard Sale
The next community yard sale is around the corner. On Saturday, May 2, 2026, the association will be hosting it’s twice annual community yard sale. Gather up all your treasures and sell sell sell! Please review addition information posted on the Resident Portal at www.actionlife.com.
2026 Monthly Assessment Reminder
By now you have received the annual budget and policy statement. It was mailed prior to the thanksgiving holiday. The 2026 annual budget is mailed to every member. The cover letter provides information about the new assessment amount which is effective January 1, 2026. Please refer to Exhibit A of the budget packet for the itemized budget. If you pay your assessment through your bank please be sure to update the assessment amount accordingly to avoid late fees and charges. If you pay through Action Property Management Payabli’s payment platform there is nothing for your to do.

NEW RESIDENT MOBILE APP
Dear Lyon Reflections Residents,
We are excited to announce the release of our first Resident Mobile App. Our new SnapHOA Resident Mobile App will allow you to perform the most commonly used actions from the Resident Portal on your mobile device. You’ll be able to take advantage of the following benefits immediately, with some additional features, such as amenity reservations, coming soon. You will not need to reregister or create a new account if you already have a Resident Portal account. You can use the same username and password to access the Resident Portal Mobile App.
Features Currently Available:
- Announcements – see what’s happening in the community
- My Account – see current balance and recent activity, pay by e-check or credit card, and set up auto pay
- View and Create Work Orders
- View and Respond to Violations
- View Architectural Applications – see the status of the application
- Contact information – update contact info and contact preferences for all household members

NOTE: Only register a new account if you do not have an existing Resident Portal account:
To register, you must download the application via either link above, depending on your mobile platform, and then obtain your registration code from your statement. Action Property Management is Moving

Dear Creekside Village Homeowners,
Action Property Management is moving! Effective December 13, 2024 our new corporate office address will be 320 Commerce, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92602.
HOW DOES THIS AFFECT YOU?
This will not affect homeowners who mail in their payments, as the remittance address for payments will remain the same P.O. Box address as shown on the bottom of the statements for most associations.
Homeowners making in-person payments at our Irvine office will need to visit our new location to drop off payment.
